Oak Class receive CPR training

Organised by South East Coast Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust and Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS), Oak Class took part in the Restart a Heart 2021 programme.

More than 30,000 people suffer cardiac arrests in the UK every year. If someone nearby knows how to start CPR immediately before the arrival of the ambulance, the patient’s chances of survival double. Our year 5 and 6 pupils now have the skills they may one day need to save a life.
