Pupil Leadership

 

We aim that all our pupils have the chance to take on a leadership role in their school community. We believe that our school, where children take on key leadership roles and responsibilities, mean that they can have a voice in their community and learn that helping and serving others has benefits for themselves as well as the community around them. We have a deeply Christian vision, that encourages all to share their light: to help, nurture and care for others so that we can build a strong school community.

 

We recognise that the positive habits of supporting and serving others are formed early in an individual’s life. We whole-heartedly encourage all to get involved and as a staff team, then value the work our pupil leaders undertake. We are striving to create confident and articulate young people who can share their views to any audience and apply their leadership skills to real-life situations.
