Oak pupils were up bright and early this morning on the second day of their residential field trip to Carroty Wood.
Breakfast was served and then they were off.
The day's activities included Climbing, High Ropes (including the infamous 'Leap of Faith') and bridge building.
It was great to see pupils pushing themselves, and even if they didn't try things first time, with just a little bit of encouragement from others in the group, trying until they succeeded.
The day ended with a sing around the campfire and toasted marshmallows. We also managed to fit in orienteering and 2 trips to the sports field.
