Pupils in Elm spent the day undertaking a series of drama activities based around the Stone Age on Friday. It was wonderful to see all the children shine as they performed. The drama didn't focus on one or two main parts but involved every single child. From trying to imagine how man discovered fire to playing a human game of chess, all the children engaged in exciting activities and role plays. As those parents who came in to watch an afternoon’s performance will agree, as well as learning about the Stone Age, pupils had a great time imagining what life might have been like for Stone Age man. A wonderful day of learning and fun.
