Leading Lights visit Chiddingstone to prepare a ‘Reflection Area’

The six ‘Leading Lights’ in Year 5 visited Chiddingstone C of E Primary School on Wednesday afternoon to learn how to develop a ‘Reflection Area’ to be used by the whole school and be placed in a communal area. Interestingly, one of the ideas that they came back with, was that children will be drawn to a reflection area if there is an edible element included. For someone, that can’t pass an open pack of biscuits without taking a Rich Tea or Chocolate Bourbon, this sounds like a great idea. The Leading Lights won’t be putting out biscuits, but please ask your children over the next few weeks about the Reflection Area they have set up.
