Pupils in Elm class were dressed for the outside on Tuesday as they took a journey back to the Stone Age. Pupils built Stone Age dwellings using sticks, mud and moss and then had the chance to sample Stone Age food around a camp fire: and all this went on at the bottom of the school field. Pupils in Elm class finished the week by building a replica of Stonehenge from salt dough! A great morning was had by all the pupils on Tuesday with two lovely ways to really bring the curriculum alive. Many thanks to Mrs Pearce and Mrs Hood who continue to come up with some really super ideas to keep the pupils engaged with this fascinating topic.
