Elm Class dance to the sounds of World War II

Elm class had a taste of 1941 on Thursday afternoon jiving and hopping to the sounds of Glen Millar. A great way to get the feel of the period, pupils were introduced to the workshop with the sounds of an air-raid siren and a look through the items in their air-raid shelter at the back of the classroom. If you haven’t had a look at this, please pop your head in at the end of the school day and ask Mrs Hughes or Mrs Pearce if you can have an explore.
