Anyone that came to either the Ash and Beech Nativity, or the Elm and Oak production of ‘A Silent Night’ will have been impressed by the efforts of all the children involved.
The singing, lead by Mrs Hughes, was of a super standard, with some excellent solos from the children in Oak class, and some lovely collective singing from all the children.
Mary, Joseph, shepherds and the three kings appeared in both plays – with the addition of a few mice and Austrian children thrown in for good measure.
Many thanks once again to all the teachers and teaching assistants that worked so hard to put the plays together – having watched the plays now for four years, the standard just seems to keep getting better and better.
Roll on the next production in the summer.
