Everyone slept well on Tuesday night, and were slow to appear for breakfast on Wednesday morning!
Pupils in Years 5 and 6 took part in another series of outward bound pursuits today: this time abseiling, karting, orienteering and an obstacle course across a murky swamp.
After two nights, all the pupils are well into the daily routine of sleeping under canvas, activities around the woods and then dinner and bed. One of the highlights has been children nominating others in the group who have shown courage, perseverance or have supported others: a great way to round off each day.
Both Mrs Broad and Mrs Peel have done a super job of preparing the breakfasts and lunches for pupils with a rotation of pupils helping to clear, tidy and sort the cleaning at the end of each meal.
The weather has been very kind and
the outlook is fine - we have two more fun-filled, action-packed days to go!
