Beech Class pupils created some amazing art to fit in with their topic of India.
With the help of Mandala artist, Miss Tuzzio, they used beautiful seasonal flowers and foliage to make wonderful symmetrical circle patterns. The children worked together so well and really understood the idea of ‘complete wholeness’ that mandalas represent.
Later, in the classroom, our young artists used block printing to create further unique patterns.
Our thanks to Emma Tuzzio for explaining things so well, and to our teaching assistants and helpers who got messy with the ink!
