Christmas Fayre

It was lovely to see so many parents helping on Saturday afternoon, either serving tea and coffee, sitting behind stalls or selling raffle tickets. A lot of organisation is needed for a whole school event like the Fayre and it could not be done without a huge level of support from others. Some parents are fortunate that they have the time to allow them to get involved in the weekly life of the school – other, usually working parents, who do the daily nine to five, are simply not able to do this. Helping out at events like the Fayre, school discos and film nights is a great way to get involved with the life of the school, meet other parents and children up and down the school.
